Replenishment Manager

Applications are invited for the role of Replenishment Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to manage supplier ordering, stock availability and replenishment across multiple depots and categories, ensuring optimal service levels while protecting margin and working capital in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ordering for suppliers, including international wine suppliers

• Deliver high levels of product availability across ambient, alcohol and chill categories

• Actively manage stock including aged stock, shelf life and space constraints

• Ensure accurate and timely support of all promotional activity

• Maximise margin through effective buying and stock control

• Maintain system accuracy across stock, orders and supplier data

• Work cross-functionally with trading, supply chain and depot teams

• Support continuous improvement of replenishment processes

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:

• Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG or trading environment

• Strong numerical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions

• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements

Experience & Skills (Desirable):

• Experience in replenishment, buying or stock control

• Exposure to supplier management, ideally including international suppliers

• Experience working across multiple systems and environments

• Understanding of supply chain or distribution operations
