Promotions Executive

Promotions Executive – Permanent Full Time (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Head of Promotions within Trading, the general purpose of this hybrid role is to work within the Promotions Team, which is responsible for the collation, processing and communication of all promotional activity and pricing, both cyclical and tactical, to the Retail and Wholesale estate within BWG Foods, encompassing our Central Billing business, National Distribution Centre and Chilled Consolidated Facility.

Some of the tasks involved in this role are as follows:

·        Data entry of promotional pricing onto BWG internal pricing systems and cross checking of same

·        Collation of data and creation of Excel Templates / Reports

·        Checking and proofing of Point of Sale Materials

·        Working in conjunction with other department stakeholders at all levels in the promotions process

·        Other administration work as directed by the Department Manager

Key Attributes Required for the Role:

·        Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Email etc is essential

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Excellent numerical skills

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Previous experience in an administration role (in retail environment an advantage but not essential)

·        Motivated with a problem-solving mindset, eager to take on responsibility and a desire to progress and develop in the role
