Job description

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of National Key Accounts Executive. Operating at senior level and reporting to the National Key Accounts Manager, the role will be required to manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities within Wholesale.

Some of the key elements of this role include:

  • Manage & develop sales with existing wholesale accounts.
  • To identify and exploit new business opportunities.
  • To work cross functionally with Trading & Operations to help drive additional sales.
  • To provide on-going support for the National Account Manager by maintaining contracts, customer price files, customer queries, sales reporting, etc.
  • To work cross functionally within the BWG Wholesale department.
  • Ownership of weekly sales reporting, queries, ensuring pricing alignment with all customers, NPD, upselling.
  • Point of contact for customer accounts on pricing and invoice queries.
  • Delivery of sales and margin budgets.
  • Credit Control Management.

Job requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Have significant retail experience, preferably working with retail key accounts.
  • Be ambitious, with demonstrable career progression to date.
  • Have a strong record of achievement with high profile retail key accounts.
  • Have experience in successfully managing and developing customer base.
  • Preferably have a third level education. Financial acumen is a requirement of the position.
  • Have the ability to work cross functionally.
  • Be highly driven and results orientated.
  • Able to communicate at all levels
