Marketing Manager, Wholesale Division

(Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid)

 

In this fast paced and exciting role, the Marketing Manager will work collaborativley with experienced internal teams to drive BWG’s leading portfoilio of wholesale brands. With responsibility for developing and implementing marketing plans that deliver real commercial value, from trade marketing to compelling brand storytelling and creative campaign execution, you will work with the wider BWG team to drive growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement and sales across multiple brands.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure marketing activity supports commercial plans and delivers business priorities.

  • Manage the creative direction across all channels, overseeing all marketing materials and supports ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging.

  • Lead the organisation of events such as industry trade shows, award ceremonies, sponsorship activations and PR initiatives.

  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns including trade marketing, digital, and content initiatives to support commercial objectives.

  • Support the promotional calendar ensuring initiatives are prioritized and delivered on time.    

  • Liaise with internal teams and trusted external partners on design projects to enhance customer experience.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets and resources.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

·        5+ years previous experience in a similar role (preferably FMCG).

·        A highly organised, adaptable and self-motivated individual.

·        Strong commercial and business acumen with budget management experience.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence.

·        Creative problem solving.

·        Be educated to degree standard or equivalent preferably in Marketing or Business.

·        Full clean driving licence essential.
