BWG Foods Graduate Programme 2018 – Temporary Full time

Applications are invited for the BWG Foods Graduate Programme 2018. Opportunities in Head Office available for recent graduates, with the programme commencing in 2018. 


A key component of our continuing strategy is to recruit, develop and motivate recent graduates who can contribute to organisational goals and our Company Vision, Mission and Values. Candidates, who can demonstrate attributes such as initiative, drive and influencing skills will have the potential to work in a fast moving, progressive and innovative environment. The graduate intake will be placed across a broad range of business functions and will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Ireland’s leading retailers and business managers.


The programme is designed to facilitate development and ensure valuable experience is gained. Through participation on the programme, successful candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding of the areas which underpin this dynamic business, whilst enhancing the key skills necessary to become a valuable contributor to our organisational success.

Requirements

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

 

  • At a minimum, educated to undergraduate honours degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Achievement of a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their chosen field of study preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to constructively and respectfully challenge the status quo through the pursuit of improvement
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to think clearly and in innovative ways
  • Initiative
  • IT literacy
  • Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to problem solve creatively for the benefit of our customers and the business
  • A full clean drivers licence (advantageous)
